ADAPT ADHD is not able to provide crisis or urgent support.

If you require immediate support... 

In times of distress, we all need a little support and various number can be found below. However at times we may feel at risk to ourselves or others, therefore immediate support is required. 

If you feel at immediate risk, please contact 999 or attend your local Accident & Emergency department (A&E)

 

In Gloucestershire, if you are in a mental health crisis you can also contact your local crisis and home treatment team 24/7 by calling

We would also recommend that if you are not in a crisis, please contact your GP or 111 for support
